His academic and research interests include Biomedical Informatics, Edge Computing, Image Processing, Machine Learning, and intelligent IoT systems, with a particular focus on non-invasive biomedical signal processing and data-driven decision-making.

He is currently serving as a Lecturer at Universitas Negeri Surabaya (UNESA), where he is actively involved in teaching, curriculum development, and research activities in computer science and informatics technology.
